On the morning of December 26, 2021, XJGS Automotive Parts Corporation's new production base held a production ceremony.
XJGS is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of aluminum alloy engine cylinder heads, gearbox housings, compressor housings and EV motor housings. The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan.
The project has 6 most advanced EPC production lines in Germany, which are capable of producing 6.6 to 9 million sets of pure electric and hybrid electric motor housings and hybrid engine cylinder heads for new energy vehicles each year. The products are mainly supplied to BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, Citroen and other European customers.
The aluminum alloy lost foam casting process adopted by the company was developed by Dr. Cha Maher of Germany. It is currently China's first large-scale automatic lost foam production line.
