On January 12, 2022, with the high-speed operation of the high-speed metal clad composite material production line, China's leading multi-layer clad metal composite material manufacturer: JSPS Metal Composite Material Technology Corporation's newly built metal multi-layer clad composite production base was officially put into commercial production.
Metal clad composite material refers to a layered composite material in which two or more metal materials with different physical and chemical properties are combined into one by using rolling composite technology. "Effect", after a reasonable combination, better comprehensive properties can be obtained than the base metal, which has the advantages of saving resources and reducing costs.
The JSPS metal composite material project adopts an internationally leading metal layered composite material production line. The composite system of this production line has good roll system rigidity and strong rolling capacity. At the same time, the entire unit adopts advanced technical procedures and transmission control, with a high degree of automation. The products produced have the characteristics of good shape, high dimensional accuracy and high composite strength. In addition, the production line is equipped with an online heating automatic temperature control system, which can ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the process temperature during the material compounding process.
There are two main types of products:
The first is to produce two-layer and three-layer composite materials with a thickness of 1.3mm-4mm and a width of 800mm-1250mm such as stainless steel and aluminum. The project products are mainly used in the kitchen and bathroom cookware industry.
At the same time, it produces stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper, titanium and other multi-metal two-layer to seven-layer composite materials. The product positioning is wider and higher-end than the first phase, and will be mainly used in customized high value-added industries such as auto parts and electronic information industry.
