On June 28, 2022, the new carbon fiber anchor cable developed by ZJBJ Engineering Technology Corporation and China's leading carbon fiber composite material technology Corporation was successfully applied to China's plateau railway project for plateau slope reinforcement.
The landing of the new carbon fiber anchor cable completed the "zero breakthrough" in the application of domestic carbon fiber to slope engineering, and realized the first application of domestic carbon fiber in high-altitude areas, which is of milestone significance.

The strength of T700 grade carbon fiber mainly used in the field of civil engineering is 8-15 times that of ordinary steel, and the density is only 1/5 of that of steel.
02Corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance
The carbon fiber composite material used in the new carbon fiber anchor cable is corrosion-resistant, fatigue-resistant, and has high reliability, which can reduce the maintenance cost of the whole life cycle. From the perspective of the whole life cycle, it is estimated that the application of the new carbon fiber anchor cable to strengthen the slope can save more than 20% of the construction cost, and the economic benefits are significant.
It has been verified by the pull-out test that the standard value of the tensile strength of the φ10 carbon fiber reinforcement used in the new carbon fiber anchor cable can reach 1800MPa.
