LINOS F-Theta-Ronar Lenses
Excelitas offers an extensive line of LINOS® F-Theta-Ronar Lenses ranging from the ultra-violet up to the short-infrared wavelength (340-2000 nm) for laser material processing including high-power, short-pulse as well ultra-short -pulse applications. LINOS F-Theta-Ronar Lenses are utilized for welding, fine cutting, additive manufacturing, laser cleaning, drilling, trimming, marking and many more laser applications.
The new F-Theta-Ronar lenses are available in three sizes: 440 nm-460 nm, 515 nm-540 nm and 1030 nm-1080 nm, which enable more efficient metalworking and additive manufacturing processes
Excelitas Technologies® Corp., a market-driven global technology leader in innovative customized optoelectronic solutions, has introduced three new lenses for its LINOS® F-Theta-Ronar product line: F- Theta-Ronar 440 nm-460 nm, 515 nm-540 nm and 1030 nm-1080 nm. These products are designed for metalworking and additive manufacturing applications in the battery production, automotive and renewable energy industries.
The latest LINOS F-Theta lenses feature a low-variation spot, angle-optimized coating and uniform power density distribution for continuous laser spot delivery over the scan field area. They have focal lengths of 262 mm/265 mm/270 mm and accommodate working distances up to 350 mm, and are also the first Xelida lenses to operate as standard with an entrance aperture up to 30mm. The F-Theta-Ronar 262 mm, 265 mm and 270 mm lenses also save customers money by enabling processes to run more efficiently through faster processing speeds or lower laser power.
