From 2008 to 2011, JSZJ completed the industrialization of 7 series carbon fiber projects; from 2012 to 2014, 7 series carbon fibers passed the technical evaluation, stability, allowable value, engineering application and other stages of nearly three years of customers in the aviation field of China. Strict evaluation of multiple batches, all indicators meet aerospace requirements, and the overall performance is better than Japan's Toray T700 carbon fiber, officially entering the mass production stage;


Since 2014, the 7-series carbon fiber has entered a stable supply stage, and the research and development of higher performance carbon fiber has been carried out.

The 8 series carbon fiber achieved stable production in June 2012, and took the lead in passing the on-site sampling evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and the product performance reached the "863" project index of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The customer verification process has been completed.

The 9 series high-strength medium model carbon fiber was developed in August 2015. It has passed the test of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Its performance is equivalent to T1000 grade carbon fiber, and its tensile modulus exceeds T1100 grade carbon fiber. Generation model application requirements. The product is undergoing an aviation building block verification process, and the pre-verification is expected to take 2-3 years.

The high-model ZM40J (M40J grade) graphite fiber was successfully developed in April 2013. The tensile strength is much higher than that of the imported M40J graphite fiber of the same level, and the engineering and stable preparation has been completed. The customer verification process has been completed.

M55J is a new generation of high-model graphite fibers. At present, only JSZJ Company and SDGW Advanced Composites Technology Corporation have industrialized production capacity in China. They are mainly used in the aerospace field with extremely high rigidity requirements.


In April 2017, JSZJ broke through the preparation technology of M55J. In May 2018, it passed the project acceptance organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and obtained the performance test reports of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, showing that various performances are up to standard.
