Recently, the Science and Technology Department of JS Province approved the establishment of a provincial carbon fiber and composite material technology innovation center based on the Yangtze River Delta Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials Technology Innovation Center, which is the first provincial-level technology innovation center in CZ.
The Yangtze River Delta Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials Technology Innovation Center is located in the CZ National High-tech Zone, and was previously approved to build the "JS Province Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials Technology Innovation Center".
JS Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials Technology Innovation Center will introduce a group of strategic scientists, technology leaders and innovation teams in the field of carbon fiber, focusing on solving key common technologies in the industry, and introducing advantageous disciplines such as domestic and foreign universities, research institutes, and enterprises. Scientific research resources, gradually build a comprehensive industrial innovation platform, enhance the international competitiveness of the province's carbon fiber and composite materials industry, and lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a national technology innovation center for carbon fiber and composite materials.
CZ National High-tech Zone has a good carbon fiber industry foundation. It has gathered more than 30 leading and backbone enterprises such as JSZJ Carbon Fiber Composite Technology Corporation, HFZH, JSAT Advanced Composite Material Technology Corporation, and CXTG. Driven by the traction of downstream application companies, it has developed vigorously. Forming an industrial chain from "raw silk production-composite forming-equipment manufacturing-terminal products" and related supporting industries.
