3DCeram Sinto recently launched the new ceramic 3D printer C3600 Ultimate for the production of ceramic parts.
The C3600 Ultimate has a build volume of 600x600x300 mm and can process zirconia, alumina and many other materials. The system was developed for large-scale production of large-scale advanced ceramic parts, such as satellite mirrors and other aerospace components.
In order to improve the printing speed, C3600 Ultimate is equipped with 4 laser sources, which can ensure the printing time that meets industrial needs, and uses stereolithography technology to improve the processing quality and accuracy of printed parts.
In addition, the company's other model, the C100 Easy, has a 100x100x150 mm print tray with a cartridge capacity of up to 2L, allowing 50 ml of material recipes to be disabled to start the machine within 20 to 30 minutes.
Due to easy operation and open parameters, these models are very suitable for use by universities and research centers. It is reported that another model of 3DCeram is C900 Flex, which is suitable for different types of ceramic 3D printing.
