The high-tech content, high added value and excellent performance of this product are all leading domestically. 

 

6005A alloy is added to the aluminum substrate with magnesium, silicon, manganese, titanium and other elements, so that the alloy’s strengthening effect is better, has good thermal deformation properties, the quenching temperature range is widened, and online quenching can be achieved (air cooling) the way). This product is currently mainly used in the important parts of the end beam, the end buffer, the base, the threshold, the side member skeleton, the frame bolster of the high-speed rail car body. SDNS exported 160-kilometer HMU aluminum structural materials to Chile, All 16 sections used 6005A alloy.

 

In recent years, China’s rail transit has developed rapidly, and the total mileage of high-speed rail will reach 13,000 kilometers, surpassing Japan and Germany to become a country with a long operating track of global high-speed rail. The aluminum alloy car body used for high-speed rail trains is an inevitable trend for future development, and the aluminum alloy profile market has great potential. However, due to the high technical content of rail transit high-speed trains, precise equipment requirements, difficult control, and low product qualification rates, only a few enterprises in China can produce 6005A alloys, resulting in a serious lack of ability to produce qualified products of this alloy. , Demand mainly depends on imports.
