The ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy 7XXX alloy [Duralumin or Duraluminum] die forgings developed in China successfully passed the test
Recently, as the last two 7XXX alloy [Duralumin or Duraluminum] die forgings passed the installation review, a number of 7XXX alloy die forgings developed by ZLXN Alloy Technology Corporation have all passed the review of relevant expert groups and entered the procurement list.
In order to solve the “technical bottleneck” problem of key materials, improve the independent guarantee ability of domestic materials, and ensure the development progress and guarantee tasks of national key models, ZLXN was entrusted to carry out the development of a number of 7XXX alloy die forgings.
ZLXN has completed the simulation and design of die forgings, die manufacturing, process trial production and stable batch production verification, and has successfully passed the comprehensive performance evaluation and trial processing of the customer and the China Aviation Materials Institute. The comprehensive performance of the die forgings has reached the import level after evaluation. The material level of the material, in which the fatigue performance exceeds that of imported materials.
