Relying on the platform advantages of ZJTT’s national crystal material technology center, ZJTT has fully mastered the core technologies and independent intellectual property rights of large size lithium tantalate and lithium niobate crystal.

ZJTT has independent intellectual property rights in the key technologies of large-sized lithium tantalate and lithium niobate crystal materials, and can produce 4.2 million large-sized lithium tantalate and lithium niobate chips annually. Among them, “Surface acoustic wave level lithium tantalate chips” have also been recognized as the first batch of new materials in China in 2022.
At present, ZJTT has achieved commercial production of 6-inch surface acoustic wave level lithium tantalate wafers, and 6-inch lithium niobate wafers are used for surface acoustic wave devices (TC-SAW).
