On August 26, the Aerospace Design Institute Yangquan Aerogel New Material R & D Center held the inauguration ceremony.
The R & D center is located in Beichen Technology Incubator Base of Baiquan Industrial Park in the suburb of Yangquan, Shanxi Province. It covers an area of more than 20 acres and has a total construction area of nearly 15,000 square meters.
The completion of the Aerogel New Materials R & D Center will make use of the advantages of technical talents in the field of aerospace materials science and technology to realize the development of new materials such as aerogel new materials.
Participants then visited the exhibition hall of the park and the aerogel felt production line.
The Yangquan Aerogel New Material R & D Center was officially completed and put into operation, marking that the Seven Schools have taken a solid step in transforming and upgrading and optimizing the industrial structure. The Aerospace Design Institute will make full use of the platform of Yangquan Aerogel New Materials R & D Center to vigorously promote high-quality aerogels and their composite materials in various fields, and provide high-quality products and comprehensive technical services for all sectors of society.
