In this cooperation, SXSX zirconium magnesium, DGYA technology co-invested at a ratio of 60%: 40%, the company's registered capital is 100 million yuan, that is, Sanxiang zirconium magnesium investment of 60 million yuan, Yi'an technology investment of 40 million yuan.
