On November 28, the LCP film and fiber industrialized production base project invested by NBYC Advanced Materials Technology Group was officially put into operation.
It is understood that the fixed asset investment of the project is about 350 million yuan. It will focus on the 5G industry's "key" material liquid crystal polymer/LCP film, LCP fiber, LCP micropowder series products for research and development and production. The products can be widely used in 5G mobile phones and large aircraft. , 5G base stations and other high-tech fields. LCP, or industrialized liquid crystal polymer, is a special engineering plastic material. LCP has excellent performance and low dielectric loss, and is expected to accelerate its application in 5G high-frequency signal transmission.
The base will accelerate the construction of large-scale comprehensive LCP series products with an annual output of 15 million square meters of LCP film, 5,000 tons of LCP fibers, 8 million square meters of LCP fiber cloth and 200 tons of LCP micropowder.
