A few days ago, American AOC Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of Ashland Global Holdings' maleic anhydride business and West Virginia's Neal plant.
The acquisition of the maleic anhydride business will not only strengthen the key raw material supply chain in the production of unsaturated polyester resin (UPR), AOC's main business, but also create unprecedented new opportunities for the maleic anhydride market.
