Arkema acquires ArrMaz, a U.S. specialty surfactant company

French specialty chemical manufacturer Arkema recently announced that it intends to acquire ArrMaz, a company specializing in surfactants in the US crop nutrition, mining and infrastructure markets Completed in summer.
