Arsenal Capital Partners acquires Polytek, a mold-making specialty polymer company, from private equity firm Morgenthaler. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
Polytek is headquartered in Eastman, PA, and its proprietary specialty polymer family is used to make flexible molds to produce highly sophisticated and complex parts. Suitable for both industrial and consumer products, including mold and prototype designs, as well as polyurethane elastomers and casting resins.

Arsenal recently made several acquisitions in the polymer industry, including polyurethane company Accella Performance Materials.
