The production line composed of robots and CNC machine tools is 100% automated, and the product accuracy reaches the level of one thousandth of a millimeter. It is matched with well-known motorcycle brands such as German BMW, American Harley, and Italian PIAGGIO. The high-end engine crankshaft made in China has successfully entered European and American high-end OEMs. city.
At the end of 2020, the high-end marine outboard engine crankshaft developed and produced by SDDS was successfully put into production, breaking the situation that similar products rely on imports. "The shape of this crankshaft is more complicated. It has 2 eccentricities every 120 degrees, and the overall length reaches 600 mm. After the trial production using the carburizing and quenching process in the early stage, the trial samples showed slight deformation deviations.
At present, SDDS has established strategic partnerships with more than 80 engine manufacturers in the world, and its high-quality and high-precision crankshaft products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other places.
