"The precision casting deep processing production line was built by SDTR with an investment of 800 million yuan. After the intelligent transformation, this new production line can realize multiple machines for one person, and one employee is responsible for three to four machine tools, which greatly improves the per capita efficiency and creates more Output value." Looking at this intelligently transformed production line, SDTR told us, "The output value is expected to reach 380 million yuan a year, an increase of 40% over the same period last year!"
Since last year, SDTR has made intelligent transformations to the casting production line and introduced more than 100 sets of high-end equipment such as Doosan`s CNC vertical lathes and vertical plus and horizontal plus. At present, the equipment has been installed and debugged and put into production. It mainly supplies core components such as planetary gear carriers, clutch housings, brake shoes, and industrial robot turntables for high-end customers at home and abroad. The orders for the project have also been scheduled for March and April next year.
"This year, the investment is very large. It will supply Caterpillar and Bonfiglioli and purchase special large-scale equipment." The person in charge of the company said that these companies are currently world-renowned industrial companies. In addition, this project also It produces parts for world-renowned OEMs such as Bosch in Germany and Caterpillar in the United States. Caterpillar alone has an annual order volume of nearly 100 million RMB.
"Germany Bosch has strict requirements on the appearance and size of the product, and the error of chamfering and rounding is controlled within 0.1mm, which can not be measured by ordinary equipment." SDTR CTO said that in order to get the order, the company specially purchased from Germany Contour measuring instrument to meet the requirements of Bosch products, and a new Bosch automated production line has been built to produce the housing of heavy truck steering housing.
