The company will build a new "germanium wafer production base for solar cells". The production line will have the capacity to produce 200,000 pieces of low dislocation density 6-inch germanium single wafers per year. The total project investment is 340.18 million yuan.
Build a new "Indium Phosphide Monocrystalline Substrate Production Base". After the completion of the production line, it will have the capacity to produce 150,000 4-inch Indium Phosphide monolithic wafers per year. The total project investment is 327,670,000 yuan.
