Carbon fiber composites production solution provider Yonghong releases high-efficiency carbon fiber composites regeneration system

Yonghong Advanced Materials, a supplier of carbon fiber composite material production solutions, not only provides carbon fiber production lines, but also cooperates with Hanxiang, a leading aerospace industry in Taiwan, to promote a composite material recycling plan. Among them, Yonghong is responsible for the development of recycling technology, and Hanxiang provides advice on the development of composite materials, waste and process. On December 7, Yonghong officially unveiled the world's first high-efficiency carbon fiber composite material regeneration system to seize the market.

According to Wang Zhiyong, CEO of Yonghong, the annual processing capacity of the high-efficiency carbon fiber composite material regeneration system is 50 tons, and the annual processing capacity of each unit can be expanded to 80 to 100 tons, and the cost of energy consumption per kilogram is controlled to less than US $ 1. As for the price of each, it is still under discussion. At this press conference, potential customers who visited the site include a number of well-known companies such as Giant Machinery, Specialized, a well-known American bicycle manufacturer, Formosa, Hanxiang and Tuoke.

In addition, Yonghong has recently received new orders for carbon fiber composite production equipment. Yonghong revealed that after receiving an order for a carbon fiber high-temperature graphitization production line from Zhejiang Jinggong Technology in mainland China, the company received an order for a carbon fiber high-temperature carbonization furnace from a well-known global listed company in South Korea in late November. Ship. In addition, Jingong recently placed an order with Yonghong for carbon fiber high-temperature graphitization furnaces, with specifications scheduled for February next year.

Yonghong launched the "all in one" specification high-efficiency carbon fiber composite material recycling system, integrated in a 40-foot vehicle container, which can directly crush, treat, recycle, and recycle carbon fiber composite materials and waste, creating a world first. Wang Zhiyong pointed out that the above system is the first mobile system (available when connected to electricity), including fixed-point to start-up, which only takes 1 hour; the process can be completed in 3-30 minutes; the energy consumption is much lower than that of traditional pyrolysis furnaces, Power consumption is 6 to 8 degrees per kilogram; no dioxin is generated due to the rapid processing at low temperature.

According to the statistics of the Taiwan Composites Association, the composite industry in this region releases more than 30,000 tons of waste each year, of which carbon fiber composites alone, and the world's accumulated waste to be treated has reached hundreds of thousands of tons. As carbon fiber composite materials are expected to develop significantly in the fields of aviation, wind power generation and new energy vehicles in the future, how to effectively deal with carbon fiber composite materials surplus and waste has caused business risks and difficulties that must be faced in industrial practice issue.

Yonghong uses the above-mentioned technology to convert surplus and waste materials into carbon fiber sheets and injection granules that are comparable to aluminum alloys. It can be used in automotive parts, bicycles, and leisure products that are highly environmentally conscious and must be lightweight. The market outlook is promising.
