At the 21st China International Industry Fair held recently, the new high-efficiency mechanical mining system with the development of carbon fiber and continuous sucker rods declared by SLXD Carbon Fiber Structure Technology Company won the first China Grand Prize of International Industry Fair.
Unlike most exhibits at the Industrial Fair, the new high-efficiency mechanical mining system with carbon fiber and its continuous sucker rod as the core is not a specific product, but a system containing technology and equipment.
The system is developed by SHSH to produce advanced carbon fiber materials, SLXD develops and produces carbon fiber sucker rods / special joints and downhole operation trucks, and SDSL Oilfield develops carbon fiber sucker rod online quality monitors and develops oil production system design technology software.
It is understood that the carbon fiber reinforced composite material of the system has a continuous sucker rod with a length of up to 5000 meters, which successfully overcomes the shortcomings of large power consumption, easy corrosion, short service life, and long time required for starting and working in the past.
At present, the system has been industrialized in 94 blocks and 545 wells in the five major oil fields in China, creating direct economic benefits of 245 million yuan. The application of the sucker rod in the three directions of deep pumping, energy saving, consumption reduction and anti-corrosion and longevity is significant. It is a revolutionary technical upgrade of the oil field oil recovery system and has a greater role in promoting the development of the oil extraction industry and the improvement of the technical level in China.
