SHJF introduced the German equipment, and has multi-axial warp knitting production capacity. We can provide customized production of multi-axial carbon cloth which compose by non crimp carbon fibre with outstanding mechanical properties. Mutil-axial carbon cloth can meet the high demand of wind turbine blades, automotive, rail transportation and other fields. We have the core competencies that enable us to provide customers with added value, help them achieve their competitive advantage in the industry. The company is a Sino-Japan joint venture producing multiple types of CF prepreg and GF prepreg. SHNS investigated a high-level prepreg production line, and the product can be widely used on the production of sports leisure products like fishing pole, golf shaft, also can be used on the production of medical care products, medical imaging system products, large industrial equipment parts, etc. Targeting on world-advanced level, SHNS established strict standard on production process control, quality control and traceablity system.Making our best effort to provide superior CF and GF prepreg product and service, to become a trustable prepreg supplier.
