Recently, CATL's lithium-ion battery electrolyte supplier, GZTC New Energy Materials Technology Group and Tesla, Inc. (Hereinafter referred to as “Tesla”) signed an agreement to supply lithium-ion battery electrolyte products to Tesla by GZTC. The agreement stipulates the product pricing model, supply method, product standards and other content during the business cooperation period. The agreement is not correct. Tesla`s purchase volume is subject to mandatory constraints, and the final sales amount shall be subject to the settlement of the purchase order issued by Tesla.
