WHJT Carbide Technology
The excellent bending resistance and wear resistance of cemented carbide PCB longevity drills are mainly derived from the new material "WHJT new cemented carbide". The new cemented carbide is a new material produced by applying the "nanolattice dislocation" technology of the company with completely independent intellectual property rights. The internal microstructure, elastic modulus, residual internal stress, and Co magnetic properties of the material have many changes and differences from the best ordinary high-performance cemented carbides currently available on the market. Therefore, the PCB longevity drill developed and produced with this material has about three times the performance of PCB drill pins produced by ordinary cemented carbide under the same process conditions. This effect has been proved by the actual use results of more than 10 million users from April 2005 to October 2007. The company currently has nine invention patents, and the new hard alloy PCB longevity drill also passed the appraisal of the results jointly hosted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the China Printed Circuit Industry Association on October 30, 2007.
