The lobster eye X-ray detector carried by the satellite was jointly developed by China Aerospace Corporation, Nanjing University and ZGJC for 5 years. It will be the first lobster eye X-ray detector in the world to work in orbit and obtain data. The detector mainly carries out the verification of X-ray large field of view focusing imaging technology, as well as several important space X-ray detection experiments, especially the deep detection of dark matter signals in the X-ray energy range. In the future, it will be provided by Nanjing University and the University of Hong Kong. High-precision space scientific exploration data.

 

The biomimetic lobster eye focusing lens is made up of micron-level square hole channels arranged regularly. It uses the reflection of the inner wall of the hole to realize grazing incidence imaging detection of soft X-ray spectrum photons. The performance meets the design index requirements, and has passed ground test verification and successfully achieved The carrying application provides key material support for the development of the new lobster eye X-ray detector.
