SXZD Light Alloy Material Technology Group was established in 2004. The company has a joint research and development center for automobile light weight, a quality inspection center, a magnesium-aluminum alloy die-casting production line, a machine shop, and a precision machining line. It has the leading domestic magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy material and technology, focusing on lightweight precision parts and magnesium aluminum wheels for new energy vehicles.
So far, the total assets have reached 1 billion yuan, the annual output value is nearly 1.6 billion yuan, and there are more than 2,000 employees. The company has eight wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Lightweight components such as aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum alloys have great potential for development, and their products are widely used in high-tech fields such as new energy vehicles, high-speed rail, shipping, aviation, and aerospace. The company has built a "China-German-Beijing Automobile Lightweight R&D Center", and cooperates with Peking University, Taiyuan University of Technology, and North China University to explore new materials such as titanium alloys and graphene.
