The project invests 100 million yuan to provide technology development and product production services for the R & D and industrialization of light alloy semi-solid casting forming technology.
It is understood that HNHM Technology Co., Ltd. was initiated by Liu Zhengbai and Zhu Qiang, experts of the National Thousand Talents Plan. The company is located in Xinma Power Valley Innovation Park, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. The project mainly produces automotive lightweight aluminum-magnesium alloy suspension brackets through a semi-solid die-casting process. The construction content includes automotive product research and development, testing, monitoring equipment and facilities construction. Among them, the first-phase investment of the project is 10 million yuan, and the planned annual production of aluminum-magnesium alloy auto parts is 100,000 sets.
According to reports, the HNHM semi-solid die-casting project mainly uses rheological semi-solid aluminum alloy die-casting technology, which can greatly improve product performance and quality compared with traditional die-casting technology. The application of this technology can also replace many steel parts, which can significantly reduce weight and meet the development trend of lightweight vehicles, and can replace imported materials and parts, which can significantly reduce production costs and increase corporate profit margins.
