On February 6, the China-Ukraine joint venture, ZJZW Advanced Materials Technology Group, successfully developed the only red-punchable new hot-forged titanium bronze material in the world, and cooperated with China's largest copper alloy valve technology group NJAM and other companies to achieve mass production Supply, the market scale is conservative and can reach more than 10,000 tons.
This is a microcosm of China-Uzbekistan cooperation in the field of advanced materials. Since its establishment in 2017, this advanced materials platform has been Ukraine`s only platform for technology transfer, R&D and services in China, focusing on 13 key directions of new materials, including high-end copper alloy materials, titanium alloy powder materials, and aviation titanium alloy materials. It has introduced 52 experts, including 11 academicians, and has carried out a series of technical exchanges and cooperation with more than 50 domestic universities, research institutes and enterprises to promote the industrial application of high-end new material technology in China.
ZJZW has started the formulation and implementation of industry standards for hot-forged titanium bronze; and ZJWD Fluid Technology Group established the "Advanced Valve Copper Alloy Material Application Research Center" with a mass production target of more than 100 million yuan.
