On December 30, 2020, the large-scale deep groove ball bearings and large-scale cylindrical roller bearings developed by DLWF Bearing Technology Group were successfully produced and passed customer acceptance and supply, replacing imports to fill the technical gap in this field in China. This series of bearings is used in 11 MW semi-direct-drive offshore wind turbine generators. This model is currently the largest semi-direct-drive offshore wind turbine in China and even the world.

On the basis of meeting customer requirements, it achieves high precision and high bearing reliability.

DLWF is accelerating the development of yaw pitch bearings, main shaft bearings, generator bearings and gearbox bearings for large megawatt wind turbines, using innovative technologies to help my country's wind power industry move towards the megawatt era.
DLWF's main products are supporting bearings for major technical equipment, rail transit bearings, automotive vehicle bearings, wind power new energy bearings, precision machine tools, precision ball screws, and precision large forgings.
DLWF has 8 major product manufacturing bases at home and abroad, a total of 23 manufacturing plants, a national-level enterprise technology center, a national bearing product testing and testing center, and the only "national large-scale bearing engineering technology research center" in China's bearing industry. DLWF has developed more than 18,000 kinds of bearing products with independent intellectual property rights, accounting for 26% of all conventional bearing varieties in the world, and is meeting market demand at the rate of developing nearly a thousand new products every year. New products account for about 45% of sales revenue . Products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions in the world.
