As for mesoporous materials and electronic devices, this project can meet the needs of the 5G industry, break the monopoly of foreign high-value-added dielectric fillers, greatly reduce the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of copper clad laminates and printed circuit boards, and break through the current situation. It has the limit of preparation technology and can effectively improve its wiring density, heat dissipation performance and yield rate. It has obtained a 3000-ton mass production order from the international PCB industry leader GDSY Technology Company.
