The demand of the market is the driving force of scientific research. At the end of 2019, the nylon 66 dope colored fiber project led by HNSM was formally established. An innovative battle around how to complete the spinning and dyeing of nylon 66 dope coloring technology has kicked off.
"The dope coloring technology is different from the traditional fiber printing and dyeing process. It needs to directly add a dye at the source of nylon 66 fiber production and polymerize it in a closed, high temperature and high pressure environment, which requires extremely high equipment and product processes." The "Nylon 66 undiluted fiber" developed by HNSM has obtained the China Green Fiber GF certification due to its high strength, high color fastness, and low pollution. Once the product was launched, it immediately got the attention and favor of domestic and foreign customers.
In August of this year, the company received the first batch of commercial orders for colored yarns and achieved mass production, with a production capacity of 2,000 tons per year. This indicates that HNSM has not only become one of the few companies in China that has mastered the production technology of nylon 66 undiluted fiber, but also has become the world's largest nylon 66 undiluted fiber production base.
At present, the company has completed a number of technical reserves and has the ability to produce multi-color and multi-specification colored fibers. In the next step, while continuously optimizing the production process and increasing the rate of high-quality products, it will increase market promotion, expand the proportion of colored yarn production capacity, and increase profitability.
