Unlike most of the exhibits at the Expo, the "new high-efficiency mechanical mining system based on the development of carbon fiber and its continuous sucker rods" is not a specific product, but a system containing technology and equipment. Shanghai Petrochemical develops and produces advanced carbon fiber materials, Shengli Xinda Pipe Industry develops and produces carbon fiber sucker rods / special joints and lift trucks, and Shengli Oilfield develops carbon fiber sucker rod online quality monitors and develops technical software for oil extraction system design.
This system is also the first successful case of domestic and foreign industries in their in-depth integration of production, marketing, research and development, close cooperation between upstream and downstream, development of new carbon fiber materials, and application of new carbon fiber materials to enhance the traditional oil extraction industry.
It is understood that the system's carbon fiber reinforced composite continuous sucker rod, with a length of up to 5000 meters, successfully overcomes the shortcomings of large power consumption, easy corrosion, short service life, and long time required to get up and down in the past. At present, in the industrial application of 545 wells in 94 blocks of five major oil fields in China, direct economic benefits of 245 million yuan have been achieved. It has significant application effects in three directions: deep pumping, energy saving, and anticorrosion and extension of life. It is a revolutionary technological upgrade of the oilfield oil recovery system, which will greatly promote the development of China's oil recovery industry and improve the technical level, leading the oilfield. The upgrading of oil production technology has great prospects for promotion and application.
