Relying on more than 40 years of technical precipitation and product manufacturing experience in shaft boring equipment, ZXZG seized the opportunity of offshore wind power development, formed a cross-departmental, cross-professional, cross-system innovation team, and actively developed core equipment technologies such as rock-socketed pile drilling rigs and hydraulic pile hammers Research and development.
At present, ZXZG has mastered the design and transformation of imported hydraulic piling hammers below 4000KJ and the manufacturing of key components and other core technologies, realized the serialization of hydraulic piling hammers, and manufactured leading products such as offshore piling hammers weighing 312 tons instead of forging rings. It broke the international monopoly pattern of offshore wind power hydraulic pile hammers; in the field of rock-socketed pile drilling rigs, it completed the serialized design of 1000kN·m to 1600kN·m models, breaking the situation that China's special equipment for large-diameter pile foundation construction depends on imports.
