A graphene "three-proof" coating technology that prevents high temperature and high humidity, salt spray corrosion, and mold resistance has been successfully developed in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone of Hebei Province. This technology can be applied to ship gas turbines, aerospace engine high-temperature component protection, and ship anti-salt spray and marine life corrosion, etc., filling the market gap of high-temperature coating technology in heavy salt spray areas.

This "three-proof" coating technology was independently developed by Yuanke Qinhuangdao Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. using graphene materials for more than 3 years. The coating material has been tested on high-temperature parts in the South China Sea and East China Sea in heavy salt fog areas, and has passed 6000 hours of continuous work verification. The original base material has increased its service life by more than 3 times without changing the properties. The national authority has determined that this product has anti-mold, anti-salt-fog corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation resistance effects, which can completely meet the application of engine hot parts for 1500 hours under high-temperature conditions, and has solved China's technical problems in this field.

It is understood that in October 2017, the scientific research team of Yuanke successfully developed a graphene coating technology for the thermal insulation protection of aircraft new engine blades, which greatly prolonged the service life of China's aerospace new engine blades. According to Yan Junliang, general manager of Yuanke, the "three-proof" coating technology can be used in various marine vessels, cruise ships and other civil ships in addition to China's marine gas turbines and aviation engines. Once this material is used, it is estimated that it can save tens of billions of yuan in maintenance costs each year, and greatly increase the service life and strength of various equipment.
