The 6000-ton-per-year electronic-grade quartz product project is located in the JSTPY quartz technology industrial park. Using optical fiber semiconductor-grade high-purity quartz sand as the raw material, the electronic-grade quartz production line will mainly produce optical fiber ferrules, holding rods, and quartz clocks Shields, quartz diffusers, quartz flanges, quartz boats, quartz rings, and quartz wafers in the semiconductor field. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an average annual sales income of 646 million yuan. It will be built into the largest annual production of electronic-grade quartz in China. Tube and quartz rod production base.
In recent years, JSTPY quartz technology has actively deployed electronic-grade quartz products to optimize and upgrade the product structure. In 2017, the company's sales of quartz products for optical fiber semiconductors reached 181 million, an increase of 55.11% year-on-year, and its proportion of operating income rose to 32.37%. In the first half of 2018, the company's optical fiber semiconductor quartz product sales continued to maintain a rapid growth trend. After the project is put into production, the company will add 6000 tons of electronic-grade quartz tubes and rod products every year.
