China's first autonomous 300 MW-class F-class heavy-duty gas turbine turbine first-stage stationary blade casting successfully passed the appraisal on the 25th. This is China's first important breakthrough in the hot-end core components of heavy-duty gas turbines, and it is also the most important milestone achievement of the national science and technology major "aero engine and gas turbine".

According to the introduction of the State Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the State Power Investment Corporation), the gas turbine, known as the “Pearl on the Crown” in the equipment manufacturing industry, has a history of 50 years in China, but before that China only had heavy-duty gas turbine cold-end components. Manufacturing and assembly capabilities, have not mastered the core technology of hot-end component design and manufacturing, nor related independent research and development capabilities. As the typical hot-end part of a heavy-duty gas turbine, the first-stage stationary blade of the turbine has always been in a state of absolute blockade in its core manufacturing technology.

Thirteen experts from the "Two Machines" special expert advisory committee, three major powers, Beijing University of Science and Technology, SINOMACH, Fushun Special Steel agreed that: China United Investment Corporation under the State Power Investment Corporation, the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and JSYHSpecial Alloy Technology Co., Ltd collaborated Tackling key problems, not only delivered a set of physical blades with qualified quality, but also a set of solidified process system and quality assurance system, which laid a good foundation for the final design of the turbine blades and set a number of records: the first independent design of large-scale large-scale gas turbines in China First class static leaf; the first domestically smelted first class static leaf mother alloy with completely independent intellectual property rights, conquering the purification smelting technology; the first time in China to independently cast a large size first class static leaf of a heavy-duty gas turbine, overcoming the precision of large-sized complex blades Casting technology.

It is reported that the "two-machine" project was officially launched in 2015 and is the latest of the major national science and technology projects. In 2016, it was listed as the top one hundred major projects by the national "13th Five-Year Plan". China United Reignition is the main body for the implementation of the special "two-engine" medium- and heavy-duty gas turbines.
