Aviation Engine Compressor Blade

WXHY is a professional enterprise that develops and produces aero engine compressor blades through precision forging manufacturing technology. Blades produced by precision forging technology have always been the manufacture of aero engine compressor blades due to their high reliability, high performance, and high efficiency. At present, more than 90% of aero-engine compressor blades worldwide are produced by precision forging manufacturing technology.

In 2016, WXHY signed a ten-year long-term agreement with Safran SAFRAN Group, and has provided batch production and delivery of the mainstream commercial engines CFM56-7B and CF34; and fully participated in the international latest generation of civil aviation engine (LEAP) compressor blade R & D and production, of which LEAP low-pressure compressor blades have a total of 14 levels. Up to now, AirAsia Technology has undertaken 13-level blade contracts and completed 11 of them. At present, AirAsia Technology has become one of the main suppliers of the latest generation of civil aviation engine (LEAP) compressor blades in the world.

Aero Engine Integral Blade Disc
