The existing products mainly include two series of aluminum alloy materials and precision aluminum alloy parts:
Aluminum alloy casting and extrusion rods and silicon carbide particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites
Parts series: swash plate, bidirectional and unidirectional piston, moving disc, static disc, rotor and aluminum-based composite brake disc for rail vehicles for automotive air-conditioning compressors, etc.
All product production strictly implements IATF 16949 quality management system. In 2012, 2014 and 2016, the company's products won the Gold Medal of the China New Materials Industry Expo jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, etc., and has been included in the provincial-level 100 strategic emerging industries major project.
The company has a provincial aluminum alloy semi-solid forming engineering technology research center, and at the same time the company is a "semi-solid processing technology development base" of the national non-ferrous metal composite engineering technology research center.
