NJDZ Automotive Forging Tech Co., Ltd., is aa Sino-Foreign joint venture and professional forging production subsidiary of SHDH Automobile Industrial Group, is a manufacturing enterprise mainly producing automobile, engineering machinery and marine binding precision forgings and is one of Executive Director Units of China Forging Association.
The company has a floor area of 135,700m2, a building area of 40.000m2 and fixed assets of 210 million yuan, more than 550 employees, among them, 80 are technical staff. Its production capacity is 42,000 tons / year. The products of the company are exported to countries such as USA, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea.
Its main customers are Caterpillar, Tianjin AsiaTrak, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Shanghai GKN, SINOTRUK, Nanjing Iveco, German ELBE, Italian Tenaris, etc.
The company has 11 hot die forging press production lines including 1,000t, 1,600t (3 machines), 2,000t, 2,500 (3 machines), 3,200t, 4,000t and 6,300t, 2 horizontal forging machine production lines including 630t and 2,000t and forging production lines including 730t screw press and 1t, 2t (2 machines), 3t and 5t electro-hydraulic hammers. All heating steps are completed in a medium frequency induction heating furnace with infrared temperature control. The post-treatment equipment for forgings includes 11 heat treatment production lines such as isothermal annealing, quenching and tempering, normalizing and hard surfacing and 8 shot blasting machines such as German suspension-type full automatic powerful shot blasting machines.
Main testing equipment includes: German SPECTRO rapid spectrometer, German TIEDE fluorescent magnetic inspection machine, Japan MITUTOYO and USA Hexagon trilinear coordinates measuring instruments, German INPAC temperature separator, Olympus metallographical microscope and hardometer, etc.
Furthermore, the company also owns 3 high-speed CNC milling equipment with the rotating speed of over 25,000r / m such as FIDIA and Okuma. Thus, it has relatively powerful mold development capability.
The company passed ISO / TS16949: 2002 Quality Assurance System certification in 2005 and GB / T28001-2001 Occupation Health Safety Management System certification and GB / T24001-2004-ISO14001 Environment Management System certification in November 2006. Moreover, the company has got the approval of Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LR), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Korean Register of Shipping (KR), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
