Pultrusion carbon fiber plate
Pultrusion is an important method to continuously manufacture the composites with high fiber content and high performance at low cost. The carbon fiber can be processed into various specification carbon fiber plates for engineering through our special impregnation and curing. Compared with other composite manufacturing process, plates processed by pultrusion method have the excellent mechanical property in the laminar structure.
Thermoplastic Carbon Fiber Laminate
The thermoplastic Carbon Fiber Laminate combines multiple layers of continuous fiber reinforcements in a matrix of thermoplastic epoxy. Excellent impregnation between epoxy matrix and continuous fiber performs maximum strength and thermal stability properties. Various design of laminate can be customized.
