In order to improve work efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce production costs, equipment in the industrial field faces the challenge of high-speed, wide-format operation. These challenges are particularly evident in the film and paper industry. Ordinary steel or aluminum guide rollers, which are affected by mechanical properties such as weight, strength, and rigidity, can no longer meet the conditions of use. In order to maintain competitiveness in the market, it is crucial to develop the guide rollers of film companies towards light weight. In order to meet these requirements, rollers made of carbon fiber composite (CFRP) have proved to be effective and feasible, and have been widely used in many industrial fields.
