Product Introduction
Continuous band-shaped nickel foam is the framework material of Ni-MH battery. Only with the birth of nickel foam, the new-generation Ni-Cd and Ni-MH batteries with high power can be developed. And only with the application of continuous band-shaped nickel foam in Ni-MH battery manufacturing process, the manufacturing of battery in high quality with constant performance and industrialized manufacturing can be achieved.
Scope of application
1.Battery electrode material, especially for Ni-MH battery. This rechargeable battery is widely used in laptop, cellphone, electric scooter, electric bicycle, hybrid electric vehicle, electric tools and high-end toys, etc.
2.The electro-catalyst for molten carbonate fuel cell, electrode modification material for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), electrode relay feeder for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and electrode material for electrolysis (e.g. in water electrolysis environment).
3.The catalyst carrier for automotive catalyst converter, catalytic combustion and diesel particulate filter.
4.The filter material to process the magnetic current conductor of magnetic particle in the fluid.
5.Hydrogen storage medium and heat exchange medium.

Punched nickel-plated steel band is a national major new product and an extensively used battery current collection material due to its good performance and low cost. It is mainly applied for the manufacturing of Ni-MH battery, Ni-Cd battery for tools, military sintering battery and electrode plate of storage battery for rail transport.
