CSHX Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of seamless pipes, with an annual production capacity of more than 50,000 tons. CSHX has a complete and consistent manufacturing system from raw material processing and hot perforation to cold drawn and cold rolled stainless steel seamless finished tubes. The main equipment is various types of perforators, various tonnage cold drawing machines, and various specifications of cold rolling. Machine, continuous solution heat treatment furnace, straightener, pickling and other production equipment; testing and testing equipment includes universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, hardness tester, direct-reading spectrum analyzer, metallographic microscope and metallographic analysis system , Ultrasonic flaw detector, eddy current flaw detector, water pressure tester, electronic endoscope, scanning electron microscope. Since 2009, Changshu Huaxin has introduced a 36MN hot extrusion production line, and it has been successfully tested in 2010. At this point, Changshu Huaxin has a hot extrusion manufacturing system. The products are supplied to customers in the automobile, nuclear power, petrochemical, power station and boiler industries in batches, and more than 60% of the products are exported to Europe, America and other countries.
