The company developed a super alloy: single crystal superalloy.
This technology won the first prize in the provincial technological invention competition, and the single crystal superalloy directly filled the gap of my country's domestic super alloy.
This alloy can be used to manufacture aerospace engine blades and gas turbine blades. Facts have proved that it not only has super strength in all aspects, but also can improve the service life of blades. Such a material is very beneficial to my country's current development.
After a lot of experiments on this superalloy, the experiments show that the life of engines and gas turbines using this super alloy blade can be extended to about 4,000 hours.
