On May 25th, NMKJ Technology planned to issue 75 million shares of stock at a price of not less than 4 yuan per share, and raised a total of 300 million yuan. All the funds will be used for the construction of a new 3 × 50 million square meters / year high-performance lithium-ion battery microporous separator project. The remaining funds for the raised investment project will be self-raised by the company.
NMKJ Technology stated that after the completion of the project, NMKJ Technology will add 150 million square meters of production capacity each year, reduce the capacity gap with industry leaders, and enhance the company's market competitiveness.
