Manufacturing Capacities
The company has achieved annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of copper alloy plate and strip, 30,000 tons of copper alloy wire, 100,000 tons of conductive copper bar, 50,000 tons of precision welded pipes, 160,000 tons of cold-rolled ribbon steel.
Among which, the production scale of copper alloy plate/strip and copper alloy wire rank first in the industry. Meanwhile, the company has made outstanding achievements in the utilization of renewable resource, and the scale of comprehensive utilization of scrap copper ranks first in the industry. Copper alloy plate and strip products mainly include brass, red copper and tin/phosphor bronze series products which are widely used in military, coinage, energy conservation, automobiles and high speed rials industry.
Copper Alloy Wire
The copper alloy wire rod products mainly include dozens of products like brass wire rod for the cutting of high precision new material, high grade environmental-friendly brass wire rod for low zinc ornaments, high precision copper alloy Y-shaped zipper wire, extra-hard copper alloy spring wire for buttons, copper alloy inflating valve and valve core for tires, zipper flat wire, electric connector and copper alloy flat wire for zipper head, etc.
