On March 29th, China`s leading high-tech company CZCO carbon fiber composites held the unveiling ceremony in the Binjiang Kai District of Changzhou. Yu Hongqin, deputy head of the People's Government of Xinbei District, Changzhou, and Shan Dayou, director of the Binkai District Management Committee, attended the event.
The CZCO Corporation was established in 2002, as a high-tech company in the field of carbon fiber composite materials globally, covering civil aircraft and high-end automotive business. The company's products cover the interior and exterior of aviation composite materials and sub-bearing structural components and carbon fiber composite materials for interior and exterior decoration of luxury cars. It is an important composite material supplier for Airbus A320, A350 and other main models.
Carbon fiber composite material is an important strategic emerging industry for national development. We are committed to meeting domestic demand for high-performance carbon fiber components including aviation, aerospace, industry, new energy vehicles, etc. The company set up a production base in China in the region, which will provide Chinese customers with system solutions of composite material components to achieve "German origin, made in Changzhou".

At four locations with more than 750 employees, we develop and manufacture customized solutions for components and assemblies. Our focus is on complex CFRP components such as profiles and stiffeners, multi-dimensional GRP sandwich structures and hybrid components such as drive shafts.

Product and services
The increasing demand for weight reduction in aeronautics and automotive engineering meets CZCO through a broad spectrum of fiber composite components for CFRP primary structures, fiberglass interior and exterior components as well as components such as drive shafts and tanks. The standard production of parts and assemblies for aerospace, automotive and industrial applications ranges from 1 to several thousands per year.
As a supplier, CZCO GmbH produces fibre composite parts for structural applications in the Prepreg autoclave procedure under the quality-technical requirements of the aviation industry. For example, profile structures of many different cross-section shapes form a great part of the component range. One challenge here is in compliance with the required component thickness tolerances in the radius area of U-shaped structures.
