The new project realizes the supply of all-aluminum body through the development of three-dimensional bending technology, low-deformation high-strength welding technology, high-reliability cold chain technology, frame structure optimization simulation technology, etc., and fully develops the lightweight aluminum alloy material market for transportation. Mass-produced vehicles are manufactured using split and assembly. The pilot test base will be built into the world's leading aluminum lightweight material research and development center, striving to become the largest and most advanced lightweight comprehensive base in China. It has the largest domestic production scale, the most complete equipment models, and the most advanced technological capabilities. The cost advantage is the most obvious. The liquid (semi-solid) die forging (squeeze casting) high-end aluminum alloy structural parts lightweight product development and manufacturing base with world advanced competitiveness.
