Founded in 1999, FJKC Pigment Material Tech Group covers a land area of 99.5 acres and encompasses 300,000 M2 of enclosed R & D manufacturing facilities, achieving an annual capacity of 10,000 MT of mica-based pigments.
Independently developed technology and confident expansion have propelled FJKC to be the lead producer in Asia and ranking inside the global top 3 suppliers of high performancespecial effect pigments. Technology solutions to provide guaranteed purity, consistency and absolute performance qualify FJKC to participate in the most demanding applications of automotive coatings, extended warranty powder and coil coatings, cosmetics, seed coatings and plastics. R & D Center
Our research team seeks to drive product performance well beyond what has been considered possible. Over hundred of technical specialists are joined by PhD level researchers in the FJKC Technology Center, utilizing an array of advanced analytical tools in the superbly equipped labs. Both the physical and management configuration of the FJKC labs earned them the status of Enterprise Technology Center and Application Technology Center.

Production Center
A “hands-on” approach to manufacturing excellence has propelled FJKC to the forefront of automated production systems. Our 30 production lines are fully automated with dustless, zero-emission manufacturing with best in class energy efficiency.
FJKC is a manufacturer to fully integrate the creation of synthetic mica substrate with the subsequent processing through to finished pigment, thus ensuring control of the entire supply chain from simple raw materials to finished pigment suitable for the most demanding applications where guarantee of supply chain integrity is paramount. Coupled with direction from the R & D center, incremental improvement through countless innovations on the production floor have generated the spectacular beauty, high chroma and enhanced reflectance of the flagship product lines.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance are the core disciplines at the heart of our enterprise. Standardization of our processes with the needs of our global clients is fundamental to our competitiveness and the safeguarding the trust of our customers. Such are the demands placed upon our product performance that testing, monitoring and controlling both incoming raw materials and the manufacturing process is continuous to guarantee purity, resistance to degradation from heat, UV light, humidity and naturally, color and appearance.
The use of advanced analytical equipment operated by trained technicians in the context of a well-defined quality program is ongoing in our goal to establish 10 year measured data records for each product. Supply chain integrity is guaranteed by a continuous FJKC audits of essential raw material suppliers.
