HFKJ high tech company was established in 1997. It is a high-tech enterprise established by American MTI Company and China Material Science Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The company is currently mainly engaged in the development and production of oxide crystal (A-Z) series materials, sputtering target preparation, material laboratory and battery R & D complete equipment.
The company started from the research and development of large-scale LaAlO3 single crystals of high-temperature superconducting thin film substrates.
Currently, the company MgAlO4, NdGaO3, LSAT, 3-inch LaAlO3 and other crystals are the only suppliers in the world.
